I was born in Mohács in 1961. I have been leading my private enterprise for 18 years and my main focus is on freight forwarding and customs administration, which have been recently complemented by coaching (a former hobby of mine, which turned out to be my favorite choice of service).
As a coach, I am able to utilize both my current commercial business experience and my leadership knowledge as well as my ability and desire to manage, feel and improve human relations. My foreign trade job allowed me to learn a great deal as a leader in a corporate environment, then I successfully implemented this knowledge in my private enterprise. My interest continued to shift towards human development during my work. I have the openness and complexity required for the job and I am also creative, lovely and success-oriented and can make a good impression. My Clients will experience the following: own path selection, self-confidence, empathy, profoundness, limits, success, being recognized or the ability to recognize others.
I provide development coaching via the tools of systemic constellation. I establish a positive, trust-based atmosphere during work. I am a stable support and a structured thinker.
I support my Clients via questions to help them discover their path and (inner) energy and to allow them to achieve their objectives.
Continuous education is very important for me. I actively participate in the work of professional organizations.
I am a member of the ICF international coaching organization and the National Innovation Office’s coach team also counts me among its associates.
